10What it means for banks over $10B
Banks reach this market through construction loans, syndicated pieces of deals like the roughly $38B Stargate financing, and back-leverage to the private credit funds that hold GPU loans. That last channel sits inside the H.8 NDFI line, which grew from $1,721.9B to $2,105.8B in about a year.
Expect examiners to ask three questions:
- How much indirect exposure ties back to the same few tenants?
- What happens to collateral if GPU values fall?
- Can the models behind those answers be defended?
